The Process
As a process, we do not initiate content development, with out a call and a corresponding mail to capture the minutes of the discussion. We would need you consent to that mail so we can proceed further with the same. It is recommended to have an elaborate discussion with your writers / account managers. Your writer / account manager may reach out to you periodically during the process of drafting with queries and questions. Kindly cooperate as this is an effort to render the best in class content for you, that will enhance your visibility in the job market and within the recruitment fraternity.
Parameters we follow for a content framework:
Years of experience in the hiring gamut has only proved an advantage for us. We understand what the recruiters, hiring managers and technical heads look for on a CV or a LinkedIn profile. We make it point to pick all relevant Key Words that would ensure your CV remains ATS compatible, has the needed initiatives and achievements listed to ensure the hiring manager finds the CV interesting and the technical leaders find out exactly what you are good at. This exercise is followed meticulously so as to avoid the hurdle of rejection during screening and shortlisting. We do not believe in Job Descriptions. We rather focus on the end results.
Post Drafting:
Quality Check
- As we develop the draft, the file first has to pass through our internal quality checks and only after that would it reach you.
- For any reason if our team feels the file needs to be reworked, we send it back to the respective writers with suggestions and recommendations. Post Quality Check
- Post approval the content framework as we call it, the file will be sent out to you for your approval and critique.
- We would request you to revert in a day with the feedback to ensure there are no deviations in the process of delivery.
- We value your feedback and ensure your comments are addressed, and a revised draft is sent out to you.DesigningAs you approve the content framework, we send the file to our in-house designers who chalk out amazing designs (if you are placing an order for a visual CV). If you have opted for a text CV, we still try and do something different to ensure the file does not look too plain and normal. However, graphical representation on text-based CVs are nil. We ensure the designs we create are exclusive and depict your personality. Colors, designs and aesthetics are picked based on your preference. If you wish to pick a template that appeals to you, you are free to pick one from the samples showcased in this booklet, which would remain as the skeleton to design yours.Post Designing:
• As our experts create their unique designs, the files are sent in for a quality check, where in we run a complete print test, check for language and
content correction yet again and send it out to the respective writers / account managers so it can be delivered to you. Post Design Quality
• Post you feedback, changes as per your recommendations will be implemented and sent back.
Project Closure
As you approve the design, we send out the file for a project closure. Post Project Closure, we support you for a period of 12 months. During which we take up requests for minor edits and update. Minor edits and updates would cover the stretch of adding one job shift, projects, certifications, training, moving around of existing data, realigning of content. We do not rework on the content or the design provided to you. If there be a need for a complete rework of content or design a nominal charge would be applicable based on the then current pricing.

Refund
We assure our clients a full refund on three grounds:
- If we fail to meet out delivery timelines
- If we fail to meet the quality standards we assure
- If for any reason you do not like the content we have developed
However, if you have asked us to rework, or edit the content framework, or design templates, a refund would not be possible. A request for a refund needs to be raised upon delivery of first draft.
